Users must:

– Consult with healthcare providers before use

– Continue working with qualified speech-language pathologists

– Seek immediate medical attention for any health emergencies

– Not rely solely on this app for rehabilitation

4. Scope of Services

The App provides exercises and training programs designed to support people with aphasia in the areas of language, memory, concentration, and numerical comprehension.

Use of the App is permitted exclusively for private, non-commercial purposes.

5. Requirements for Use

• The App works offline and does not require a permanent internet connection.
• Certain functions (e.g., app updates or license verification) may require an internet connection.
• Use of the App requires that the user is at least 18 years of age or has the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

6. Fees and Payment Terms

The App is offered as a subscription:

• €5.99 per month with an annual subscription (12-month contract)
• €7.99 per month with a monthly subscription (can be canceled flexibly)

Payments are processed via the respective app stores (Google Play Store, Apple App Store). The terms and conditions of these providers apply.

7. Duration and Termination

• The monthly subscription can be canceled at any time and will then end at the conclusion of the paid period.
• The annual subscription automatically renews for another year unless it is canceled no later than 24 hours before expiration.
• Cancellations must be made directly through the respective app store.
